I have a friend who is having an issue while texting on his brand new Nokia Lumia 635. Whenever I try and text him, he does not get the texts every 15-20 minutes. But if I text him multiple texts, he gets them in a package (all at once) 15-20 minutes later. What is extremely strange is that when he is in a phone call, he recieves texts normally when they are sent. For example, if he texts me, I get his texts right away, but when I text him, he recieves them all at once every 15-20 minutes after they are sent. Any clue as to what is going on?
