Random black screens in almost every game (should i RMA my card?)

This has been an ongoing issue for quite sometime, i figured they were just crappy drivers and what not but i feel that it is no longer the issue because i have tried 3 different drivers and all of them have presented the same issues which are the black screens.
Gear
GPU: Geforce gtx 970
PSU: EVGA 850w B2
MB: A88x G45 gaming
RAM: Viper 4gbx2
CPU: A10 7850k
Im kinda fed up with the issue and have tried a few things and just want know if it could be that i have a faulty gpu

Clean out the driver mess on your system. Click on the DDU link below and run it. When it asks to go into Safe Mode, click YES.

When it is done, download the latest drivers for your video card and install them.

i did not mean to put that as the solution, but sadly this did not fix my issue :c
