Hey all! I need to build 4 gaming PCs and we don't have a specific budget but the less we spend, the better! So since we don't need very recent games neither play in 1080p, it could be with the integrated GPU from CPU, I've read most people encourage using AMD's APU in this case, so I was considering maybe A8? Is there any difference GPU-wise between A8 and A10 or is it only processing-wise? Moreover, since there won't be many things installed (don't need high capacity HD), perhaps an 128gb SSD will make much of a difference? I've also read that when using onboard video it's recommended to have more than 4GB RAM.. Should I stick with stock cooler or buy a more powerful one? I don't need a monitor, case, keyboard and mouse..

Please share your thoughts and post your recommended specs.

I do not recommend an APU at all. You can get an CPU, with a faster GPU, for a similar cost. CX power supplies are poor quality units. My build does not include any mail in rebates.

A8 have fewer GPU cores than the A10.

If you get the new A8-7670K Godavari APU instead of the A10-7870K, you can shave $40 off the above price. Adding an Operating System will cost you $90.

Unfortunately Passmark doesn't seem to have the A8-7670k in their database, I wanted to compare it to the 7600 that is going for $86 on Amazon.. Any idea how they compare against each other in graphic processing?
