Most suitable GPU for processor intel i5 4460

Hello guys I am an extreme noob at computers so I need help on choosing a proper gpu for my system. My graphic card is I think integrated intel HD 4400 but I searched and it said that I could get another gpu and put it in my memory card slot and btw I have 8 gb ram in one slot and.I think I have 2 so if anybody asks.then I will check it. Thanks for helping and btw I am trying to run h1z1 on good enough fps.since.I get 11 fps on low settings and if it helps then I have 3.20 ghs. Budget is 150 to 200 $ cant go any higher.

With 200$ you should be able to go for a GTX 960 or an R9 280 (280X if you're lucky), but it'll pretty much depend on the PSU too, as vlxedits implied with his question.

Make and model?

To check it, you'll need to open up your case. A sticker on the side should state the maker, the model and a power table.

Ok I opened up my case and apparently my power supply was made in china and it's called liteon PS model 6301-08A and I searched and it said 550 watts and it is 5.75 width 3.25" height and depth 6.0" so pls find me a gpu below or 550 watts and same price.any other info you need?
