New Mobo causing problems because of my Windows 7 (oem)??

My old motherboard died so I went and bought a replacement. My problem is that since my previous motherboard died suddenly I couldnt remove the drivers or prepare for this, and I originally bought a Windows 7 (OEM) version when I custom-built my rig.
when i installed my new Mobo it seems to not let me sign in to windows. It boots up fine , bios and all that, but it reaches the "windows error recovery" screen and doesnt let me go any further than that.

I launched start-up repair at least twice, and it does not fix the problem , and when I start windows normally, it takes me to the windows load screen but almost immediately freezes, goes to the Blue error screen for a split second, then returns to the "windows error recovery" screen.

Can anyone please help me? I searched a plethora of internet forums, including this site, and tried as many solutions as possible but to no avail. I dont have the money to buy a new OS currently and I really dont want to waste my non-existent money on a new one if i dont have to. What can I do to start my comp as before???. I still have the product key and CD of my windows 7 oem but it seems to be worthless so far

If the MB died, and you have the oem version windows, you are better to buy the same model MB, and you bought other model or other chipset MB, you have to call Microsoft to reactive the OS, and they may or may not allow you transfer to the new MB, because once you activate the OEM version that key is absolutely locked to the motherboard.

Thanks for the reply. The motherboard i previously had (gigabyte Ga-z68xp-ud3) is not available anywhere i looked so i bought a different one (asrock z75pro3) as it was the only one within my price range that was available. Ive spent hours on the phone with microsoft but man o' man how these folks take their time to help a brother out. They even hanged up on me a few times! terrible service.

All i can do is keep calling but it seems hopeless because how would they be able to help me out of this pickle im in? I can't even get the little windows logo to complete in the starting windows screen as it just kicks me back to the windows error recovery screen everytime.
