[Android L PC] Playstore Error... App Incompatible

Well, Today i installed android L on My laptop, Compaq Presario C700 C795TU (In the hope that all phone apps will work on it e.g whatsapp etc) but when i started browsing some app on playstore it says : your device is not compatible with this version... so How can i install whatsapp on PC (As Already Mentioned that i have android installed on my laptop)..... so please dont say that install bluestacks or andy... cuz it require RAM as in hell amount but i have only 1gb ram...

So is there any way to run Whatsapp on Android PC... Please GEEKS help ME

Most of Android apps are written in Java-like language, so most of them could be run on any Android platform. However, there is an option for Android app to be written in "native" mode, which means ARM CPU (the one used on phones / tablets), and your laptop has x86.

As for Whatnot - I will leave someelse to give details.
