Hello mewadanihal2015,

All prices listed below are based on local electronic market, not online. The online price for these products are unfair and insanely high. So I suggest you procure these from local retailer instead of online.

Intel i5 4460 Rs. 12600
Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H Rs. 6650

Hello mewadanihal2015,

Notes:

- The Intel i5 4460 is a pretty good quad core processor, more than enough to handle any current/upcoming modern games and the Android Studio will work smoothly even on dual core CPUs. So no need to worry about that.

- R9 390 would be far better than the GTX 970, when it comes to handling hardware intensive games like the GTA V, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Far Cry 4, Assassin's Creed Unity etc with ease.

- The MSI R9 390 comes with Twin Frozr V cooling tech, one of the best cooling solutions in the industry that offers near silent operation, performance, reliability and durability. Even the person in the video embedded below discusses about how well the cooling tech is implemented and performs in the MSI R9 390.

Watch this to understand why you should buy R9 390:

- 8GB (2x4GB) @1600MHz of RAM is still the sweet spot for gaming, which is more than enough.

- R9 390 require a quality 600-650W PSU that can deliver 30Amps or more on its +12V rail. The Antec 650W PSU can deliver a quality 50Amps on its +12V rail, which is more than enough for this config.

For gaming, why 1600MHz RAM is more than enough?

Why Gigabyte Motherboards & MSI Graphics Cards?

Because they make stable, durable and performance oriented products with lowest RMAs. See the images below:

What is RMA?

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is a part of the process of returning a product in order to receive a refund, replacement, or repair during the product's warranty period.

Update:

The performance difference in gaming between i5 and i7 processor is highly negligible or almost non-existent. You should have actually got the i5 and better GPU.

Nevertheless, its still a pretty good build and the GTX 960 is a pretty good 1080p performer. So no need to worry much. Have fun!

Cheers!

I would suggest
AMD FX-8350 processor
MSI R9 290x lightning graphics card
MSI 990fxa gaming mother board
750w power supply (i would recommend Corsair RM750 750 Watts PSU )
Buy a 128 gb ssd if you can .
