I need a new Graphic card, but which one?

My old graphic card (GeForce GTX 560 Ti Phantom 1GB) broke and now i need a new cheap one.

if i look at the numbers the two graphic cards i posted seem to be better than my old one, but is it true?

Which one would you recommend me to get from those two?

the 560 ti and 750 ti are fairly close performance wise.

what is your budget? power supply?

I would recommend a 660 if you can nab one, nice upgrade.

My power supply is a "cougar A450" and my budget is $120.

The old GPU i used was fine, since i'm not playing BF4 or stuff like that. The new GPU could be similar to the phantom, maybe a bit better.
