Hi everyone, I have a major question...
I am thinking about buying a HD 6450 for my Dell Optiplex
I do have fall backs i just need to know what kind of PCI-e slot the Dell Optiplex 755 has
I have looked in side is does have a PCI-E i just dont what kind (1.0,1,1,2.0)
On the dell site it only says this (1 low-profile PCIe x16 graphics)
My current fallbacks are the HD5450, Nvidia GT610.

Solution
It won't matter what PCIe version the card is or the slot. PCIe is a backward/forward compatible interface. The HD-6450 will work fine. So will the other cards you list.
Just be sure you get a low-profile card if your Dell 755 is one of the slim line models.

The model on the left is considered the MiniTower:

If so, you can use a regular height card if you prefer one over low profile. But you will be limited to a single width gfx card if this is your PC:
