Hi, I am experiencing problems with my FPS on The Witcher 3. I am running it on mostly high settings and this gives me around 45-50FPS. However, turning down settings, even everything to minimum makes no difference to the FPS.
According to MSI Afterburner my GPU is downclocking itself, however not by much (from my OC at 1228 to around 1176MHz). It's also sticking at 80C which is the target temperature I have set my card to.
I have a GTX 770 2GB, i5 3470 and 8GB of RAM so should be able to run this game pretty well, at least better than I do currently.
