New system, Windows 10, Intel 750 400GB PCI SSD, 32GB RAM. In the past, it was best to assign the page file to another drive in the system to aid performance. Is this true still? I have another 70GB SATA3 SSD that I can use for just this. Sure, it might be overkill, but looking for optimal performance.

Keeping your pagefile on the ssd is fine.
With 32 gigabytes of ram it will rarely be used extensively anyway.
Putting the pagefile on a 70 gigabyte drive may actually slow the machine down since a 70 gigabyte hard drive is way slower than any ssd.
