Best Graphics Card under 15000/- indian rupee?

Hi Every one,
. I live in Hyderabad.I have almost finished my computer building and only the graphics card's left to be bought.My budget is 15000 rs(India ).Please suggest me a good graphics card under this price.I have a 1080p monitor and i do fps gaming and i only expect a decent frame rate of what i play.Budget extendable to 16k.Your suggestions please

You should be able to grab a Radeon R9 380 for that price.

itdepot has slightly higher prices. Go for Primeabgb , much better prices. Its a mumbai based one and has a good reputation as far as i know.

you should get a GTX 960 2gb around ~15000 inr in india and is equal to r9 285 which costs about ~20000 inr and r9 280 costs about ~18000 .

and amd has very poor driver support and produces a lot of heat and has more tdp ,as in india heating could be a major issue .

and amd's relative price variants like r9 280 and r9 285 which are more expensive but do not provide more performance in games as per this benchmark (http://www.gamersnexus.net/hwreviews/1790-nvidia-geforce-gtx-960-game-fps-benchmark-review/Page-2) gtx 960 is 15% faster than r9 280 and r9 285 in battlefield 4 which is amd optimized . and in some games r9 280 and 285 are about 1-2% faster than gtx 960 which is not worth extra 4500 inr.

So get gtx 960 or if you could save some bucks get gtx 970 it is a beast

I wished to work on win 10.Since i have seen in the news that nvidia updates get crashed when used in win 10, are nvidia gfx cards good with win 10?

This is temporary issue when Nvidia solve drivers issue will work.
From other side I on AMD do not have any drivers issue
