Specs :-
OS-Windows 7 64 bit 7600 build
CPU - Intel i5 4670K 3.4 GHZ (Not OCed) (Stock cooler)
GPU- Zotac Nvidia GTX 970 (Not OCed)
MOBO- MSI B85M G43
Ram- 8 GB Corsair vengeance 1600 mhz (Not oced)
HDD- WD 1 TB BLUE
PSU- Corsair VS 550W 3 weeks ago ( Now VS 650 W )
I did not change anything in bios settings or ever updated it.
PC is 1 year 2 month old assembled by me.

3 weeks back my PC was restarting without any warning as if someone pressed the RESET button (NO BSOD) "RANDOMLY" while browsing, playing music etc.

and it was restarting "INSTANTLY" when I was playing Heavy games like GTA V online

I did not have any restarts when I removed the GPU

(My computer had shut down a few times due to power cut and fluctuation earlier before this issue, thus my PSU was not able to power supply the heavy power demand of GPU I Guess? )

Anyways, So I bought a NEW VS 650 W powersupply and I was able to play games, browse internet etc. without any issue for 2-3 days
but later I noticed a restart without any warning when playing GTA V at ULTRA so I lowered Graphics to HIGH and did not have any issue for another few days.

Then I started Witcher 3 Yesterday and after loading screen my PC restarted and would restart again and again on reaching Windows 7 Loading logo screen.

I started my PC in safe mode with Graphic card installed it started.
but in normal mode it would keep restarting on reaching the Windows 7 loading logo

Today, my PC is not even able to reach the windows 7 loading screen logo
I see Case Fans, CPU fans and GPU fans moving for 3-5 seconds then everything turns off and turns ON Again
this keeps repeating.

Right now, I have removed the GPU and connected monitor to motherboard and it is at least able to startup now ( I had forced restart once though)

P.s : I never got BSOD even on turning automatic system failure restart off from control panel.
I never had any Screen freezing or poor performance in-game
I was able to run all my games smoothly with 50+FPS so I guess my GPU is fine ?

What I have Tried :
1.I ran mem86test via USB for 5 passes took around 4-5 hours and had no ERRORS
2.The last furmark test I ran 3 weeks back for 10 mins, my GPU was working fine at MAX temperature 79-80 degree celcius
3.I reinstalled Windows Today since it was not able to go forward loading logo but no help.
4.I tried running with an older version of Nvidia drivers still having this issue
5.I tried switching Ram to different slots no help

Please help me, I am really annoyed by this issue from last one month and spent a lot money on getting on a new PSU and UPS (APC RS 1100) yet suffering

UPDATE : It was my powersupply which DIED again !
Corsair VS series does not support Haswell aka 4th Generation so I'm thinking to go for Coolermaster Thunder now 600W !
Corsair is a shitty brand when it comes to PSU so go for cooler master.
Corsair warranty type : Repair/replacement (Took 3 week for repair/replacement for first PSU in India)
Coolermaster : Replacement (Fast and easy)
