Hi,
My motherboard was recently fried (maybe because of OC) and I had a new one with RMA.
So I put everything back, press the power button, screen opens, fans spinning but nothing else. No boot, no bios screen.
Then I realized that some thermal paste was poored in the cpu socket and on the cpu (between the corner pins). So after a lot of cleaning with toothpicks and earbuds , I tried to put everything back again. Again no luck. No bios screen.
Lastly, after removing everything except the cpu and it's fan, the motherboard made no sound at all. No beeps. Could it be a faulty motherboard? After turning the computer on without a cpu fan, I checked that the cpu gets hot (Turned it off again after 3 seconds). So I am thinking that the CPU is probably ok.

CPU: AMD FX 8320 (OC at 4.2GHz)
CPU cooler:Corsair A70
Mobo: Asrock FX 990 Extreme 3
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB
GPU: GTX 580
PSU: Corsair CX750
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO
