I'm looking for a good GPU to go with Seasonic 80Plus Power Supply M12II 620 BRONZE. It's 3 years old so I'm not sure it can power a high end card. Also, I'm missing another 6-pin PCIE Express cable so 2 6pin cable cards are not for me unfortunately.

I was looking into getting a Radeon R9 270 or R7 370 or 7850 (only if it uses 1 6 pin cable of course), but I'm not sure the PSU can handle it. It has 2 +12V rails of 24 amps each and I was looking into a R9 270 but that seems to draw 30 amps? So I'm not sure if my PSU can handle it since I can only use 1 6-pin PCIE cable (so can only use one rail?).

Feedback appreciated.

That power supply can handle pretty much any single GPU on the market. High-end cards have actually come down in power usage over the last few years.

That 30A recommendation is for your whole system, not just the power supply.

Nvidia's cards are currently lower in power draw, so I'd look at something like a GTX960 - they only use one 6-pin.

Alternately, you could use a molex/sata to 6-pin adapter. We don't generally recommend them because insufficient cabling is usually a sign of an undersized/low quality PSU, but you don't have that issue.
