[SOLVED] Certain games are still using RAM even when closed

It's kinda strange because I've had this problem before. I'll close down the game completely and my RAM still shows like 90% or something. I obviously go to the task manager and there is nothing there. The only thing that seems to fix it is a reboot. My computer even after closing the game still actually thinks it's using the RAM. I have 8GBs so this shouldn't be happening. I've already checked my RAM and it's still good.

It does not work that way.
When windows needs ram for something, like a new game, it reuses any ram not currently not in use that has been unused for the longest time.
Being present in ram does not constitute use.
Only accessing it does.

I don't want it to do that. When I exit a game I want it not use the RAM. It makes it hard if I'm trying to start up a different game.
