Should i upgrade my Power Supply

My spec:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-880GM-USB3L

CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1090 Black Edition

RAM: (2X) Kingston HyperX Blue 4GB

Graphics: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 Ti WINDFORCE 2GB

HDDs:
1.Samsung 1TB 7500 RPM
2.WD 2TB Green 5400 RPM

PSU :Tiger 450W (Never heard of this brand before)

The system has been working perfectly since 2011
Then,
I bought the GPU this week and i noticed while i playing video games, Strong heat coming out from the PSU and lagging while playing, So i thought there is heavy load on the PSU, So what you guys think give me some advice please!
