Can i play Batman arkham knight on high settings????

Hi,i'm planning to buy batman arkham knight for my PC but,can anyone tell me if i could run it and get 50-60 fps on high settings,FXAA, and 1440X900 or not????

My PC:
Intel core i5 3340, 3.1 GHz
Gigabyte geforce gtx 960 windforce 2X OC 2 GB
Kingston hyper X Fury blue 8 GB,1600 MHz
Asus P61 M-K socket 1155 motherboard

To be honest, it is unknown how well Batman Arkham Knight will run on your system. Warner Bros. has stopped selling the PC version of the game due to severe performance issues and has even encouraged people who bought the game thru Steam to ask for a refund. Steam had implemented a refund policy on their site sometime before the game was released.

The PC version is not expected to be re-released until sometime in September. Also, the game is officially locked at 30 FPS in it's current state.
