X99 vs Z107

I will do photoshop, after effects, blender and maybe some 4k editing, too(from a sony ax100).
I might use a 1440p monitor, but I will get a 1ms one. I play games at maximum graphics. I will not go custom watercooling cause it is expensive and sometimes it leaks and breaks the pc. I will use a corsair gtx watercooling loop. Also, I will use a 4 way sli titan X or a 980 ti.

If you are planning on doing 4-way SLI, X99 is your only place that has native (meaning no PLX switch) support for x16/x8/x8/x8 or x8/x8/x8/x8. Performance wise, what you mentioned is highly threaded so the extra cores available on the 5930k/5960x would be useful, though you will have to wait for Z107 and the new processors to come out to truly compare their performance.
