no, that motherboard is incompatible with any intel cpu. current amd and intel cpus are not socket-compatible.
and the cpu you listed doesn't exist. did you mean a core i5 4690K? that one will require an lga1150 motherboard with preferably h97 or z97 chipset (might support other chipsets for lga 1150 sockets depending on motherboard).
wait a little while till intel launches it's new skylake processors. the launch will include a core i5 6600k, might suit your needs.
