PC won't boot after installing new cpu and updating the motherboard

So I got a new cpu (g3258) and installed it with the bios that supported it and my pc still won't boot.
My motherboard is the asus h81m-e.

Are you using a graphics card?
What is the board's BIOS version?

The gpu is the gtx 650 and I'm using the latest bios version.

Sorry for the question, is the monitor connected to the graphics card? What ports (DVI to DVI...)? Using a tv, or monitor? Is a case speaker http://images17.newegg.com/is/image/newegg/12-201-032-TS?$S300W$ connected to the motherboard?

Yes the monitor is connected to the graphics card via DVI. I'm using a AOC 21.5 inch monitor and no a case speaker is not connected to the motherboard.

Yes. Also the with the old cpu (g1840) it works fine.

Then I'd try a case speaker and see if any beeps, or RMA the CPU.
