I know that the Code 43 on windows normally means hardware issues with the card but I have tried the card in another system and it works great. Basically I have an MSI gtx 760 TF 2gb gaming card that worked just fine on Windows 7 and as soon as I upgraded to Windows 10 and updated to the new drivers Windows decided that it doesn't like the card. I contacted Nvidia support and flashed to the newest bios and tried the card in another system and I can't figure out whats wrong? Has anyone else had this problem? It says that it is using windows basic display driver and I can't go full res on any of my monitors and only one monitor will work at a time... Is it just a kink in the software that I have to wait till it gets worked out by Windows and Nvidia?

I have the exact same issue. I have an EVGA GTX 760 SC 2GB and it worked flawlessly in Windows 7 and upon upgrading to Windows 10 I am screwed. Same error code, stuck in 1024x768 mode and this is utter BS. Yes, I have downloaded the latest drivers DIRECTLY from EVGA and also NVIDIA. It simply does not fix the problem. You know what is also messed up? I go into Safe Mode in Windows 10 and I can set the graphics to 1980x1080 with NO PROBLEM. Works great in safe mode!!

I cannot believe they have not tracked this down yet. I've reverted back to Win7 three times and this is always the exact same result everytime I try to upgrade again.

Just wanted others to know this is more common that people think.

Thanks,

I have talked with Nvidia support twice now and they deducted that I need to do a clean install of windows 10 and wipe everything instead of upgrading.... I think I'm gonna wait and see if another answer comes because I would rather not have to re-install everything I have... Please somebody have an answer!
