Need help. Need new graphics card.

I paly CS:GO & H1Z1 alot, I like them But in CS:GO Whenever i look into the smoke I lag terribly, I go from 120 frames to 30 frames. But in H1Z1 I have all low settings & still get around 30-40 frames. Really like to play them both & I am looking for a graphics card around 100-250$.

Please suggest some, And here are my computer stats.

You can try the "msi gtx 960 4g gaming edition". Its around 239.99$ at amazon.

you can purchase the reference card for a lower price and you can try these nvidia cards from different manufacturers(custom pcb) like asus, gigabyte, evga. The prices are quite same. Hope this helps
