I have an Wireless D-link N 150 ADSL2 modem + Router, this connects internet in the house. I have a Wifi Router ( Linksys WRT54G ) i want to setup a connection between the two.

So that i can connect my LED TV and Bluray player with ethernet port capability with internet.

Is this setup possible

You would need to use third party firmware on the Linksys to allow use as a wireless bridge.

It might be easier to connect the devices with ethernet capability to the modem-router directly. If you want to use the WRT the D-link can be set to full bridged mode with disabled DHCP and let WRT manage the settings, so D-link becomes only a modem.
