hi guys. my problem here is that my case is too small and my hardware is getting really hot in there plus i think i need more psu power cause i have only a 500watt psu and in gaming i hear coil whine and sometimes when it happens i expierence stuttering.
my rig: gtx 760
fx 8350
8 gb ram
1ssd 1hdd.
i wanna put a cooler to that 8350 cause i am with the stock now but im afraid that my psu wont handle it. my budget is at 100 $ so i can only buy one 600 w bronze psu http://www.e-shop.gr/psu-evga-600b-bronze-600w-p-PER.641362 and a cooler http://www.e-shop.gr/arctic-cooling-freezer-7-pro-rev2-p-PER.650134 (i dont consider ocing) or a better pc case cause the one i have now ( http://www.e-shop.gr/case-coolermaster-rc-241-kkn1-elite-241-black-p-PER.807675 ) is very small and i cant put anything in it and a 600 watt psu http://www.e-shop.gr/psu-coolermaster-elite-series-600w-rs600-acabm4-wb-p-PER.814997 and the cooler.
so what is my best option here? i really need some help deciding :/

The evga 600b is a decent supply - as tea urchin says though the xfx while only having a 550w tag is better quality & ample power. It actually only throws 12w away to the evga 600w on the 12v where it matters.
As said if your current PSU is a low quality unbranded unit it'll be more stressed & probably running 10-15c hotter than a good quality unit in turn heating the rest of your case up.

Your case while being very basic & restrictive isn't a huge problem - the top Mount PSU acts as an extra exhaust so will make up for the single 80mm rear fan somewhat.
do you have a front 120mm intake fitted ?? If not buy one - it will reduce system temps massively.

The cooler you listed is a waste of money - its incapable of cooling a 8 core fx...

The cheapest cooler on that site that will 100% fit your case & do a half decent job is the scythe katana 4
