Windows detected a hard disk problem?

Hello, i'm having this massage pop up every few mins Windows detected a hard disk problem., but i ran the disk check, and it said no problems were found, and it is still poping up. can anyone help?

Hi there Anthony Russo,

Most probably, there is something wrong with the HDD. You can see whether this is the case in case you test it with some of these tools: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility
In case the S.M.A.R.T. report shows something abnormal, like many bad sectors, you need to back up the data stored on the drive.
