My internet is fast, 25 MB/s DL Speed. But really slow when downloading something!

My isp's excuse is that their speed (and the speed test's speed) are in mbit which is defferent than mb (what you wil proberbly see when you download something) an mb is around 1/8 of an mbit. Could be confusing but it could be the reason, hope this helps!
