Best low-profile cooler for FX-8350 in 4U rackmount case?

I cannot decide on a quiet cooler that will fit my Rosewill RSV-L4000 4U rack mount case. I want one that will keep the CPU from reaching harmful temperatures during higher CPU usage, but I want it to be barely audible. I am uneasy with liquid cooling because of the chance of a leak. What should I buy?

Some possibilities:
Cooler Master GeminII S524 Ver 2
Noctua NH-D9L

Unless the closed loop liquid cooler is faulty since before the installation, it is highly unlikely that the AIO liquid cooler will spill.

The Nepton 120XL is an excellent low profile AIO Liquid cooler.

The NH D9L is an excellent choice, however the NH D15 will provide even better cooling.

The NH D15 is 165 mm tall with the fan, so it may not fit in the case. How many years can I expect a nepton cooler to last?

How does the NH D9L compare to the Nepton 120XL?

Nepton 120XL should last at least 2 years without a problem.

The Nepton 120XL will have better cooling than the NH D9L
