Help with H80i

What do you guys recommend me? Connecting the Corsair H80i fans directly to the pump or to the motherboard so i can control them with the BIOS.
Please help me.

I would connect the fans to the CPU_FAN header on the motherboard with a splitter. That way the fans will speed up and slow down as the CPU temp changes.

So i connect both SP fans to the MoBo and they'll automatically adjust to the CPU?

They will if they are connected to the CPU_FAN header they will.
