I have an i7-3770k@3.5Ghz (stock clock and fan) and the temperatures are:
Idle: 45º Celsius
Gaming (GTA V): 80º-90º Celsius

At least it's what CPUID HWMonitor says.
But SpeedFan says something different...

My pc case has 3 fans (probably don't help much): behind (out), front (in) and top (out).

My questions are:
What is AUX? Is it my CPU in reality?
Should I be worried with the temperature?
If I should, should I look at the thermal paste or at the fan? Maybe buy a new one?

Thanks in advance!

My i7 3770K never went that high so yes look into that, perhaps case ventallation might be a problem but grab an aftermarket cooler like the Cooler Master Hyper 212 and see how far it drops the temps. And to be safe scrape off the old paste and put some new paste and see if that fixes the heat issue first before getting an aftermarket cooler.

"AUX" could be an unused input on the sensor chip, if that is the case it will read invalid values and it can be ignored.

The only thing it could get that hot are the voltage regulator's MOSFET transistors (little black boxes on the left side of your CPU), if you overclocked your system. I would manually check their temperatures, just to be safe. If they are really overheating, you should get sufficient cooling on them, or undo your overclocking.
