Will MSI GTX 970 100 ME Edition is good for gaming specially GTA 5?

I am looking to build a PC for gaming
Here are the specs-
Cooler Master K380 / Window / USB 3.0
Weston Digital 2 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive.
Cooler Master Thunder 600 Watt SMPS.
Intel 3.4 GHz LGA 1150 4690K i5 4th Generation Processor.
Asus Z97-Pro-Wifi Motherboard.

I have selected MSI GTX 970 100 ME Edition... Is it good for gaming? is the above rig is good enough? i want to play the games gta 5 assasins creed unity fifa 15 on ultra settings in 1080p 60 fps.. is it good or what changes should i make?

Please help me as i am a new gamer... Thanks in advance !

that's a video with same CPU & GPU , I didn't watch the whole thing but it seems like the general consensus across the web is if you max it or play on ultra you'll average about 45fps for GTA V, for AC Unity, have fun, it is just terribly ported and optimized so hardware quality doesn't really matter, it's just whatever it likes that day
