Hi, so I want to help my brother build a gaming PC. Unfortunately he is on a budget so im trying to help him build a good but Cheap PC. The good thing is he wont need to waste on a GPU or PSU since I have a spare r9 280 he will be using with the XfX Ts 550W. Baseically all we need is a AMD CPU, Motherboard, HDD, and Case. I will take care of Fans, cd driver ect. His budget is at most $300. All he really needs is a PC that can at least run High settings with good FPS. Most importantly though is Minecraft at 60fps and Call of Duty Black Ops 2 (only games Ive seen him play, really). Also if possible do not include rebates since they wont be used. Thanks in advance

Edit: Forgot to mention that no overclocking would be needed, but if you believe it might help, please also include cpu heatsink (if stock is no good).
