To answer your exact question. I did this build recently that is actually very similar to yours, but it uses only 1x 8GB DIMM to save money, a cheaper, but somehow the same harddrive, a better case, and it uses a hyper threaded i3 instead of an FX-8350, and an R9 270x for graphics.

FPS in Minecraft maxed out with extended view distance while recording: 90-180 while recording, up to 300 in a cave.
When not recording: 150-300 in open air, up to 900 in cave
^Not like any of this matters as your monitor doesn't display above 60 fps.

CS: GO FPS: Maxed out, 1920x1080, easily above 60 with an R9 270x.

Far Cry 4: Maxed out 1920x1080 with hairworks turned off an AA at MSAA x2, it hovers between 28-60.

My...
The 8350 w/750 Ti isn't the best well rounded gaming setup that you can have. I have a bit better setup that is a bit cheaper, but will perform better in games (I'm keeping some of your parts):

I changed the CPU, Mobo, RAM, GPU, Case, & PSU :)

If you want a bit more gaming power and have an extra ~$50-60:

Yeah you won't have any issues with CS:GO or even Minecraft with any of the builds listed above. It would make more sense with either of my builds, but that is up to you.

I would guess that the 750 Ti would be >60 FPS on Minecraft and CS:GO at 1080p without any issues. If the details are maxed it is hard to say, but you shouldn't have any issues having good gameplay with the 750Ti at 1080p.

I would think so. Minecraft isn't that demanding, but if you have more GPU power (like the 960/290 I listed above) you could be >120 FPS without the system even sweating :) The 750 Ti is plenty for Minecraft/CS:GO, if you decide to go with that GPU.

If you want a more affordable 750 Ti build, here is what I'd consider:

My rationale for changing the FX-8350 with the Core i3, is Minecraft can only take advantage of two cores. It is not a game optimized for multicore, so you want the strongest single core performance you can get for Minecraft, so the i3 was a no brainer vs the FX-8350. It also will run cooler.

Video card is quite a bit ahead. The GTX 750 Ti is on par with an R7 260x. The R9 270x is much better.
