Better integrated GPU..Intel or AMD

I wanna make a new rig only for media playback at 1080p with smooth performance and gaming not priority but would be a delite if it can run fifa or pes
Which should i buy AMD OR INTEL processor as if I am correct if a processor has better integrated GPU it can serve the purpose of extra GPU which would be cost efficient as I am not demanding high performance from cpus just simple media playback and casual gaming if required
And if someone has any other tip regarding rig I wanna made..most welcome to share

Intel. FX AMD chips have no integrated graphics to begin with. Also the i5 is faster than the fastest FX AMD chip. The iGPU only serves a use if you have no graphics card. Other than that it does nothing if you do have a graphics card.

I am not planning to buy other graphic card as I need cpu only for movies and all so if integrated GPU can serve that purpose than why waste it on buying different GPU..so if u have anything to suggest whether which processor should i take a look which serve this purpose than u most welcome

If all you need is for playing movies, any cheap one would work. AMD A6, A8 or Intel i3.

For video playback just about any CPU (or APU for AMD) can do the job. You can do so with an AMD A4-7300 APU or Intel Celeron G1820 CPU. Despite the A4's much higher clockspeed it's processing performance is a bit less than the Celeron. The A4's integrated Radeon HD 8470D is probably equal to an Intel HD 4400 graphics core. The Celeron's Intel HD (Haswell) graphics core is less powerful than the Intel HD 4000 graphics core which is around 15% - 20% less powerful than the Intel HD 4400. However, 1080p video playback is not a problem for either the A4 or Celeron.

Considering Windows 10 has been designed to run on tablets with 4.5w Atom CPU I am pretty sure it can run on those CPUs.

I don't no what PES15 is, but if you want to run FIFA 15 on integrated graphics at 1080p and medium graphics quality then I recommend buying an A10-7870k for $150 based on the following review and benchmarks. Or simply buy a budget $70 - $80 graphics card for the above CPU / APU.

I am not really good with low cost rigs, but I would guess that if you only need to buy parts for the tower itself and everything inside it and no OS, then it would probably cost you about $400 - $450.
