Will this GPU last me?

Hey guys, I'm on a 1440x900 screen (between 720p and 1080p) and I love to play PC games. I love to see high-max settings on every game I play. I am thinking about purchasing a GTX 960 and an i5 or 8 core Xeon running on a h81 board with 8gb of ram. The reason for the xeon vs unlocked i5 is the xeon is only about 20 more than the i5 and has 4 more real cores, and I also have no desire to overclock. Basically I'm wondering if it will work for
Fallout 4
Fallout NV
Fallout 3
GTA V
GTA IV
Project Cars
ETS2
NFS series
Bioshock

and a few other AAA titles like Call of Duty and BF4. I am looking for High-Max settings, and I don;t mind going to medium for next years games.
I have 200 for a card and only a six pin connector to work with so that's why I'm going towards a nvidia card. What do you all think?

I'd go for the 960, it's a lot faster than the 660. That being said, the 660 will perform well enough at that resolution.

However the 960 will perform very well at that resolution and will offer the settings of high max and frame rates you want where the 660 simply will not.

As for the extra 20 dollars for the xeon over the i5... it's money well spent I'm so glad I got mine for video encoding and decoding. Dx 12 will better use the extra virtual cores along with a 960 which is dx 12 compliant.
