Compatible, yes, but.....

The GPU will run in almost anything.
Why that motherboard? If it is modern, the BIOS will be updated so that it will run your CPU, if not, you will need a BIOS update (Which may need another CPU to install it. I would be looking at a Z97 motherboard.

You don't need 850W of PSU unless you plan to SLI, and even then 750 will do with the hardware you have. I'd be looking at a higher-performance PSU, starting with an EVGA B2 - 750, semi-modular.

I would go for cheaper, quieter, easier to use 'big air' over fluid. How much do you need to overclock your CPU? I'm running a good i5-4690K at 4.7Ghz and 1.3V on a RAIJINTEK Pallas.

What speed and latency is your memory. CL10 2400Mhz will improve your performance some.
