USB 3.0 Header Issue/Confusion

Okay so I'm going to start off by saying I'm not the most intelligent with PC's, hence why I'm a little confused by this problem I face.

I have just rebuilt my build into a new case (Corsair Carbide Air 540) and everything's working fine, apart from the two USB 3.0 slots on the front panel. This is because I haven't connected them, simply because I don't see how I can.

The two USB 3.0 cable headers connected to the front panel of the case do not match with the headers on the motherboard. My motherboard is the ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3. I know that it is a USB 3.0 compatible motherboard, as it already has two ports on the back panel, but the USB 3.0 sections on the motherboard itself do not match with the ones connected to the case.

These are the slots on the motherboard: http://prntscr.com/7zsoci
But the headers on the case seem to be 20 pin headers.

Is there anything I can buy that's cheap or anything that I could do to get these two USB slots working properly (I want to have them running at USB 3.0, as they are USB 3.0 slots).

Many thanks
