Okay it's my dad's laptop and I'm trying to fix it for him. He says that it is slow like when opening the internet and loading pages.
My ideas were that its our internet (which it is most likely is but I want to make sure)
I ran Windows update and got everything up to date which is was pretty out dated.
Is there anything else I can do?
How can I tell if there is back ground programs? I tried doing Ctrl +Shift + Esc but I couldn't see any other programs running.
