looking for a gfx to upgrade my amd r7 250

Help me decide a good GPU(range 100-200 dollars)to replace crappy stock one (AMD R7 250 2gb ddr3)
doesnt matter if nvidia or amd.

so i got a machine build by a company in my country, it has an i7-4770 3.40 Ghz, 8 gb of ram, the r7 GPU,1 TB hard drive. feel free to point out any bottlenecks.
350 volts of power supply and willing to buy a new Power supply if needed.

gtx960 is about $200.
r9-380 on the amd side

I agree with popatim on some good options for you, assuming that the cards aren't overpriced in your country. But when you say 350 volts, you meant watts right? You should buy a new power supply; definitely.

I'm not sure what options are available where you are. I would like to see you get a EVGA GS 550 or EVGA GS 650. The first option is enough wattage for the 960 and even a 970. The second option allows you to upgrade up to a 980 Ti someday. Here are two resources you should check out.

i researched a bit about both cards, and im leaning a bit towrdas the r9 380 as it seems to outperform the 960, what do you think
