I am buying my brother just the regular windows 7 home 64 bit
I am trying to find one that is as cheap as possible, that is a DISK!

BUT, it is just a key. I dont know how to download it with the key to a complete new computer, if anyone could help i would greatly appreciate it!

Please respond ASAP without bs'ing me with some scam/etc!

1. It is VERY rare for Windows to be discounted, unless one of the major retailers has it on sale.
2. After Win 8 was released, MS no longer allowed authorized retailers to sell download only versions of Win 7.

I have bought windows 7 home premium download from that site and key works fine.

It clearly says "Microsoft Windows 7 Home Prem 64 Bit Download Version"
its a "Download Version"~~

maybe you didn't know what "download version" is.. lol
