Can this run dying light, Battlefield 4, and other new games?

I need to know if this pc is good for playing all the new games on at least medium or maybe high/ultra-https://www.cybertronpc.com/customkititems.asp?kc=gmhlfrx34bl&group=play&cat=gamers&cc=amdgaming

I can't build a computer. Sorry :(

Well, building your own you would get a faster system for $300 or so less, but if you can't then okay. There might be a better pre-built system than this, but this one would be expected get medium settings in basically every game at 1080p. I don't think there would be any real exceptions to that right now. It could do high settings on some less intense games or better on others, it all really depends. Games vary so much on how much hardware you need to run them.
