Ok so I just bought a new desktop from bestbuy and I was getting simple downloads chrome, games, etc. then I noticed that my chrome had stopped working so me and my friend looked up on the Internet for other people with the same problem nothing was found useful. So we decided to factory reset the desktop. And my computer would load up and stop at the Preparing Automatic Repair and it wouldn't go past that. I can't open CMD or BIOS. Or I just don't know how to open either of them from the startup
My desktop isn't working HELP!!
