i5 4590/4460 Gaming Built GTX970 / GTX960 want to play latest game in 1080P Ultra/High Settings

Hello Guys, going to need some advise.

If i want to play 1080P Gaming on those Newers games such as Witcher3, GTA5, BF4 Ultra Setting/High Settings
Which is enough for me?

Its my PSU Tier 2? (Good enough for gaming? becasue in Thailand not too much choice to choose with)

My Budgets is about 25,000 to 30,000 Baht

If you want to play the latest games on high/ultra in 1080p res, you will certainly need the gtx 970

And try to pick one of these psu's on the high tier lists, because i think the Raider Series from fsp is in tier 4, atleast the bronze ones

And do you think i5 4460 and i5 4590 makes the difference for gaming.

Super flower makes some pretty decent psu's, and that one is tier 2 i think
(i couldnt find anything good for that budget)

Yes it is, but unfortunately, there isnt anything with that quality in there.

Your second best choice (but a lot worse), would be this:

You shouldnt overclock anything with that psu, and you should stay away from the maximum wattage of it, but with your pc you should be safe i think
