Will in Intel i7-5820K Processor compatible with the Intel Z97 Chipset Motherboard, if so what power supply would it need?

No the 5820k is an LGA 2011v3 CPU that requires an X99 motherboard and DDR4 RAM. The best CPU available for the Z97 chipset is the i7 4790k. A good quality 750 Watt PSU would be enough so long as you don't want to run something crazy like triple SLI.

The 5820k is not compatible with the z97 and we would need to now the system specs to judge the PSU needs of a system.
