PoisonLightning :
um you think this is an audio problem its just happening when synapse is opened though also what would the audio driver name be or where would it be under because i dont see a tap in device manager that is for audio drivers
i said audio but it actually says "sound, video and game controllers" that's where you can find the audio drivers, and yes it can be a sound driver problem. do you have realtek? if not then it might me a reason so try downloading it and when it's finished, restart your computer then if you plug the headphones on the computer, it will appear on realtek and from there adjust the settings for the headphones/headset.
also there is something else worth trying, go to control panel, hardware and sound and then sound, when you open it you will see playback tab, look for your headphones there and set it to the default, if your headset doesn't appear then try the solution above. download realtek then adjust from there.
also i'm actually using a razer headset same as yours and i had this problem before, but i didn't download synapse, i downloaded realtek
