Hello... "core parking" is on by default in Windows 7... it takes a Registry setting change to disable it ( search Utube ) by your screen shot I see no cores parked.
Hello... The Microsoft engineers sure know how to make things very clear in the words they use... Like I said Utube 'core parking" Win7 and look to see if you either have 1 or 0 for that Registry entry... and use F3 ( search again ) too find and change it for all your Power profiles listed.
