when i tried to change the ssd hard drive in my laptop to my pc.
its says that this copy of windows is used in another computer.
its asking to change the product key
what should i do ???

The license key for Windows 8.1 on your laptop is a OEM license and it's tied to that laptop and can't be used in another computer. If you want to keep using the SSD with that Windows 8.1 install on your PC you need to buy a Windows 8.1 license and change the product key to the new one you buy.
