Hey guys! I am running a custom build with Windows 7. Recently I was moving my pc and the power cord stretched too far and slipped out of the power supply. When I hooked it back up and tried to restart my pc it would not boot up. I just keep getting a loop. I tried the startup repair (recommended) and it did not find any issues. I purchased an external hard drive and backed up everything. However I am baffled due to the fact that my hard drive still seems to be operational. I used an ubuntu DVD to boot the desktop and deleted the most recently added files, but this did not produce any notable change. I also made a Windows repair disc from my HP laptop and tried system restore. There were only 2 restore points neither of which worked. I am out of ideas and would really appreciate some help! Thanks in advance guys!
