Just quickly what this rig will be ideally running-
8gb ddr3 ram
gtx 770
i5 4690k
Gigabyte B85M-D3H Intel B85
and a 600w psu
I am looking to build a new rig for my brother and was thinking of giving him my 770 so I can then upgrade to a 970 or 980. He wants a 4k monitor and two 1080p screens to do every day things such as, Trading on Forex, browsing the web, watching YouTube videos, Facebook ect. He is not a gamer and does not plan to play games so I don't see any problem with him using this graphics card.
I can also see that my 770 has two DVI slots, one HDMI slot and one Display port slot.
I presume he would run the 4k monitor on the display port for 4k - 60hz and the 1080p monitors on DVI.
It would be greatly appreciated if someone could give me the thumbs up for this build or give some suggestions on the rig.
