Hi, I'm having trouble configuring the DSL-2640B to Bridged mode so that it can be only a modem to the WRT router. I've changed the DSL-2640B ip to 192.168.3.1, disabled DHCP and then tested that PPPoE via dial shortcut working (connecting via Ethernet cable).

So I plugged it to the WRT router and enabled DHCP there (I couldnt access the modem config anymore?), connected to Internet succesfully via cable but wireless clients are stuck at acquiring IP. It seems DHCP settings might be the problem? I'd have to hard reset my DSL because I cant access the config after disabling DHCP.

Sorry forgot about this thread. It's working now. I manually assigned IP to access the modem-router after it was in full bridged mode and disabled DHCP. Managed to set static IP (192.168.1.2) to it with Gateway pointing to WRT (192.168.1.1) which resolved the 'acquiring network address' after DHCP was set up on WRT.

I guess it's still usable since the DL speed is only 1000kbps with max 4 wireless clients, works decent with Tomato firmware too.
